What This Review Meant to Us
Until I read this message, I hadn’t realized that the cushion and blanket were made in memory of a pet who had already passed away.
During the order process, our exchanges were mostly administrative—confirming details and arrangements. I didn’t know whether the order was for a personal keepsake or a gift, but I treated it with the utmost care, knowing it must hold deep meaning for the customer.
It was only after the delivery, when the review was posted, that I learned Sora had passed away. Reading those words moved me deeply.
Our Work Doesn’t End with Delivery
