My beloved dog returned home feeling warm and cozy. He looked just like the photo, always following his owner’s gaze, just like he did when he was alive. I’m sure he’ll always be by my side, which will bring me comfort. The packaging was beautiful, and the ribbon was very cute. Thank you so much.
This is a review from a customer who ordered a custom-made knitted cushion in memory of their beloved dog.
When they placed their order, they told us about the loss of their beloved dog.
I understand how painful that must be.
We did our best to meet the customer’s request.
During our design meeting, they requested that the dog be made a little larger, but at this point there was already very little space left, and the face would bulge slightly when the cushion’s filling is added, making the edges less visible. We explained that the cushion would end up looking a little larger, and we went ahead and created it as designed.
After delivery, they told us that the size was just right, which was a relief.
They were delighted with the warmth and texture of the knit, and the cuteness of the ribbon.
And she said,
“Chip has come back to me.”
These are the words that make us happiest.
